Returns

For the safety and protection of all customers, we do not accept returns on any products, including:

• Hair Bundles
• Lace Closures
• Lace Frontals
• Wigs
• Accessories
• Sale or promotional items

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or returned.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect product selection
• Buyer's remorse
• Improper installation or maintenance
• Color or texture preference
• Delays caused by the shipping carrier

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the shipping packaging
• A brief description of the issue

After review, if the error was made by Parisian Bundles, we will provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once your order has been placed, it begins processing quickly. Because of this, we are unable to modify, cancel, or change orders after they have been submitted.

Shipping

Parisian Bundles is not responsible for:

• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
• Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
• Shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control
